Description

We use only naturally-raised meats, organic milk and eggs for our house-made yogurt and pastries; and hand-selected, organic fruits, herbs and vegetables ÔÇô many harvested daily from our own organic garden. We compost all raw kitchen scraps for our organic garden and vegetarian leftovers are fed to our laying hens.
