Cooking is my passion and I love everything that has to do with it.
I like seasonal produce from our region that are harvested when fully ripe and fresh. A tomato tastes like summer and quinces rejoice in late summer with its wonderful aroma.
I enjoy working with small producers and know where my products come from and what story they tell. I like the kitchen of my country, it is the taste of my childhood and I like to be inspired by the cuisine of other countries.
