Green House was born from a passion to entertain and educate people by exciting their palates in an inviting and unexpected way. Executive Chef Marcelo Marino subscribes to the purist philosophy, which encompasses going back to nature to perfect the art of cooking. In designing his menu, he studies the optimal cooking methods to extract the most flavor and nutrients while using the least amount of fat. Chef Marino hand selects only organic and/or sustainable produce and proteins and has partnered with local farms and co-ops to supply him with the best quality ingredients.
