Spring Natural Kitchen is the sister restaurant to SoHo institution Spring Street Natural founded in 1973. The philosophy of both our restaurants from the beginning were to serve good, wholesome, unprocessed cooking from scratch, everything homemade from all-natural ingredients. That philosophy has been our inspiration for the last 39 years and just so happens to be all the rage today.
In that great American tradition we take favorites from cuisines from around the world and make them our own. All our preparations are bound by one unyielding philosophy - to serve healthy, carefully sourced and delicious food.
Reminiscent of our food, Spring Natural's space brings together the familiar and the time-honored with a fresh, new, modern sense.
Designed by architect Eric Mailaender of Resistance Design, century-old brick walls were revealed, the space opened up, and an honest straight-forward, American style - simultaneously modern and traditional - emerged.
