Portobello was formed in 2008, a collaboration between Chef Aaron Adams and partner Dinae Horne in attempt to bring ethically sourced ingredients to the table in a delicious and inviting way. We source local, organic ingredients whenever possible, working directly with several farmers before the growing season begins to plan the next season's menu.
We have many people to thank for the fruition of Portobello, and hope our menu expresses this appreciation. We love our farmers, this region and the food we prepare, and hope this is communicated in each meal we serve.
