The elk tenderloin was the only organic (labeled) item on the menu when we went, but it was totally worth the $35 price tag! If not the best meal I've ever had, it was certainly in the top 10. I subbed garlic mashed potatoes for the risotto it comes with, and the other side was a yellow squash - all elements of the dish were delectable. I had never eaten elk, and it's my new favorite meat. Tender and juicy- not at all gamey. I expected a venison-like flavor (which I like), but it was more like the best filet I could possibly imagine- tender, juicy, AMAZING. If you have $35 for dinner, go here and eat this... SO. GOOD. Great service as well. Not many vegetarian/vegan options, but they were very accommodating with our dietary restrictions (gluten, enriched foods). An oasis in a sea of fried stuff with cheese... Thank you OHMS!
