Lumiere

A restaurant where all the ingredients used are organically or naturally cultivated or grown without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. This is probably the first of its kind in the city.
We use guaranteed organic and fairly-traded ingredients, sourced with utmost care from our own organic farms at Kanthalloore, Kochi, Kolar, Ooty and a few other carefully selected farms in India, where the farms strictly follow organic farming practices. We personally visit the farms and meet the farmers to ensure authenticity of the claims.
