Buying from Local Farmers to obtain the freshest Ingredients; Local flavors. When available we always choose to buy from local farmers with the best crops. When you have a fresh Strawberry Salad in June you are eating strawberries from up the road in Cicero, The Spring salad is featuring lettuce picked right in Oswego. While the national chains are trucking their bagged lettuce from California and their strawberries from Florida we are taking local crops and preparing them fresh daily for our customers. When Local Tomatoes are starting to ripen up is when we roll out our fresh BLT, it tastes just like mom used to make it, huge slice of a tomatoes right out of the field, real mayonnaise, fresh bread, hickory bacon, YUM.
